FAQ's

How much notice do I need to give to book an order?

Ideally when booking custom orders, as far in advance is best since we book fast at certain times and holidays. Minimum notice is 2 weeks. For larger orders 4+ weeks may be necessary.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! E-gift cards can be emailed right away or can be scheduled to be sent any date of your choice! We also have physical cards available for purchase at our storefront location.

What if I need an order right away?

We tend to book up fairly quick! However, it doesn't hurt to ask!

Can I freeze decorated cookies?

Yes! Each cookie is individually wrapped and freezing them is a great way to keep your order fresh in case you have a change in your event or just want to save some for later! Also keep great if you must order sooner in the case that I'm fully booked around the time of your event. To thaw, place cookies on the counter the night before. Do NOT unwrap cookies until completely thawed out as condensation can make your cookie design and icing run.

Can you make gluten free, nut free or vegan sweets?

Yes! There are some gluten free and nut free options available however, they are NOT made in a gluten/nut free facility. Gluten-free and Vegan options are occasionally available in store as well. 

Can changes be made to an order I've already placed/booked?

Depending on how far into the design/decorating process changes may be possible. No changes can be made 1 week before order due date.

Can you deliver?

Yes, we can arrange delivery. Delivery charges will depend on distance and size (huge orders require more care and preparation) 

Where are you located and are you a storefront bakery?

We are located at #730 800 Broadmoor Blvd in Sherwood Park. We are located in the same shopping center as The Sherlock's Homes Pub, between the dry cleaners and Lawyers office.

Can I get a refund back if I change my mind?

If your order has already in the process of being made no refunds will be issued. In case of an emergency/circumstance your amount may be credited for future orders. Click below to read all our terms and conditions.

To place an order or receive a quote please fill out the order/inquiry form. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, please give up to 72 hours for a response.
