Order Policy:
Wishes requires that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed in order to reserved your order and date. An invoice will be sent to you and it must be paid in full or it could result in losing your reserved date and order. Payments can be made through your Wishes invoice. Payment accepted are Cash, Debit, Pay Pal, Wishes Bake Shop Gift Card, Credit Card; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Return policy:
Wishes Bake Shop takes great pride in all our products. We can not take back any products you have purchased however, if you were dissatisfied with your product please reach out to discuss further about your experience. No refunds will be given unless it is a mistake on our part. In the event we made a mistake, Wishes will give store credit or hand over a freshly made version of your order in question.
Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client.
A cancellation must be made 1 week before the pickup date in order to receive 100% store credit that can be used at later date (date subject to availability). NO CASH REFUNDS will be given. If a cancellation is made less 6 days or less before pickup date, NO STORE CREDIT will be given. Order and product that is not picked up at the day customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on store credit. Wishes understands that life can take unexpected turns, please give as much notice as possible. All cancellations must be done in writing to wishesbakeshop@gmail.com,
Collection & Delivery:
Wishes Bake Shop cannot be held liable for any damages to the goods we have delivered, once we have delivered or delivered and set up the cake at the venue or the delivery location. Picture evidence will be taken as proof of safe delivery. If the goods are collected from the seller, we cannot be held liable for any damages to your cake once it has left the premises. When collecting cakes, they must be placed on a flat, non slip surface that is clean and tidy. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Our cakes are very fragile and care must be taken when driving, so we advise to drive slowly and carefully. Goods placed outside or in a marquee, will react to the temperature. In hot/humid weather, there is the possibility of buttercream, fondant and sugar decorations melting, in this case keep baked goods in a refrigerator and/or cool dry place as long as possible until severed. Take baked good out of fridge and serve at room temperature for best results.
Allergies & special dietary requirements:
Please discuss with Wishes Bake Shop if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements before placing an order with. Wishes Bake Shop works in an environment where allergens are present and cannot guarantee the goods are free of said allergens.
Prices:
Wishes Bake Shop reserves the right to alter their prices in line with the market price of ingredients and goods.
Non Edible Decorations & Ingredients:
Our products may contain non-edible ingredients or decorations such as dowels and toppers. These must be removed before serving.
